01About these terms
This website is operated by Ajira Telematics Limited, Harrison House, 3rd Ngong Avenue, Upper Hill, P.O. Box 46870-00100, Nairobi, Kenya. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms cover your use of the website only. The supply of hardware, installation, subscriptions, pilots and managed services is governed by the quotation, order form, service agreement and data processing agreement you sign with us, together with our Hardware Warranty. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents prevail.
02Information, prices and offers
We work to keep the website accurate, but its content is general information about our products and services. It is not professional, legal or regulatory advice and does not create a contract.
Prices shown are indicative, in Kenya shillings and exclusive of VAT unless stated. They are subject to a written quotation that reflects your fleet size, vehicle types, roaming, integration and installation requirements. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions at any time before a contract is made.
Results quoted from customers or independent research describe outcomes achieved by others. They are not a guarantee of the results your fleet will achieve. Illustrative figures, including those from the fleet savings calculator, are estimates based on stated assumptions and are not a quotation or a promise of savings.
Pilot offers are subject to availability, a site assessment and the pilot terms agreed in writing before installation.
03Certificate check and M-Pesa payments
The speed-governor certificate check shows the status we hold for the registration number entered. It does not replace an inspection, and the certificate issued to the vehicle and NTSA records remain the authoritative sources.
When you pay by M-Pesa to our Till Number, keep your M-Pesa confirmation message as proof of payment. A renewal takes effect when we have matched the payment to the vehicle and issued the renewed certificate. Please make sure you pay only to the official Till Number shown on this website, and contact us if anyone asks you to pay to a different number.
04Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, the Ajira Telematics name and logo, product images, software screenshots and page design, belongs to Ajira Telematics Limited or its licensors, including IntelliFleet 360 (opens in a new tab). You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.
Customer names and logos appear with the permission of their owners and remain their property. Other trade marks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
05Acceptable use
You must not:

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the Ajira platform or any account, device or data;

07Our liability
We provide the website on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Kenyan law. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
08Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data collected through the website and form part of these terms.
09Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion between senior representatives within 30 days. If that fails, either party may refer the dispute to mediation, and failing settlement, to the courts of Kenya, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one on this page when you use the website. Version 1.0, last updated 21 September 2026.
